When 3 Is Better Than 4!

I know all season long I’ve wanted the Chiefs to have the highest score every time they take the field.

However, there is one place though where less really is more… and it’s not in football!

Sometimes a room with just 3 walls is way better than 4.

Today in Kansas City with all the snow I would hate to only have 3 walls, but in St. Lucia – that’s a different story!

Cool breezes, picturesque views, and privacy are a few things to consider when staying at a resort with open-air rooms.

Jade Mountain Resort, St. Lucia

Jade Mountain offers 29 rooms, in which all are three wall suites displaying the breathtaking views of the luxuriant Piton Mountains. 

The smallest suite is 1400 square feet! Though this suite does not have an infinity pool, it does have a large jacuzzi tub.

However, we recommend one of their larger suites with a private infinity pool.

These suites range from 1600-2000+ square feet with beautiful pools and a Jacuzzi.

Keep in mind that the rooms in this adults-only resort are tech-free.

The rooms do not have television, phones, or air conditioning.

This accommodation allows you to give your undivided attention to the one you are with, and the magnificent views.

In addition to their amazing rooms, are the incredible dining experiences.

They offer both resort and private dining options, a chocolate laboratory, and an off-site organic farm available for tour. 

Ladera, St. Lucia

Ladera is one of the first resorts to offer open wall suites.

All 37 rooms and suites have an open wall with the west side of each room exposed to the Pitons Mountains and the Caribbean Sea’s elegant sunsets and astonishing views.

Though it is not beachfront, each accommodation comes with a private plunge pool. 

When you are ready to go to the beach, the complimentary shuttle will give you a 5-minute ride to the neighboring Jalousie beach.

Ladera is an eco-friendly, adults-only resort with a boutique, restaurant, and spa.

Anse Chastanet, St. Lucia

Anse Chastanet’s resort is situated on the hillside. Their premium rooms offer picture-perfect views of St.

Lucia’s Pitons Mountains and the surrounding Caribbean Sea.

Some of their premium rooms have the fourth wall missing, while others have balconies and patios overlooking the breathtaking scenery.

The average size for the rooms is about 700 square feet. They offer free wi-fi and butler service.

This 600- acre resort has two beaches, 12 miles of hiking trails, a couple of bars, restaurants, a spa, and a few boutiques.

Three is better than four in this instance, and nothing can come between you and the fantastic scenery.
